Lake Elsinore residents concerned over strong odor plaguing Summerly
In the Summerly neighborhood of Lake Elsinore, local residents are concerned about a strong odor some say has persisted for months and just gotten worse. Water district officials are investigating the possibility a storm drain pond is producing the odor while locals hope authorities can just finally get rid of the smell. Joy Benedict reports.
