LA city officials host fireworks buyback program
Los Angeles city leaders, including Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez, hosted a fireworks buyback program on Saturday as the 4th of July nears. People who turned in their unused fireworks were given gift cards and some people even got free Dodgers tickets. Gio Insignares reports.
