Huntington Beach to sue state of California over children's gender identity law
The mayor of Huntington Beach is speaking out after the city decided to file a lawsuit against the state of California over a law that keeps schools from requiring that teachers report underage students' gender identity to their parents. It follows a similar suit filed against the state earlier this year by the Chino Valley Unified School District in San Bernardino County.
