Friends and family say police wrongfully shot and killed man outside of Long Beach church
Jasmine Viel reports from Long Beach, where she speaks with some of the friends and family of the man who was shot to death by Long Beach police outside of a church Tuesday evening. They say that the victim was the one who originally called law enforcement to the area while in the midst of a mental health crisis.
