Election Day: Voter turnout particularly low despite important decisions looming
Despite a low turnout thus far, L.A. County residents are expected to turn up to polls Tuesday to partake in Election Day, part of the California Primary Election, where they'll vote on a myriad of things like the next Mayor, City Council members and more. Kara Finnstrom reports.
