Election Day: Mandatory evacuations issued in parts of Orange County as voters head to polls
There was a mandatory evacuation order issued Tuesday morning for Silverado, Williams and Modjeska canyons in Orange County, according to the sheriff's department, "due to possible debris flows along or near the Bond Fire burn scar."
