East Hollywood, Silver Lake residents living on edge after string of "hot prowl" burglaries
Residents living in the area near East Hollywood and Silver Lake are living on edge after a string of "hot prowl" burglaries early Saturday morning, one of which also included the sexual assault of a female victim, police say.
