Deputies seeking public assistance to locate missing 15-year-old
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies are seeking the public's help in locating Keegan Alexander Moore, a missing 15-year-old boy who has mental health disorders that was last seen in the Westmont area of South LA early Wednesday morning.
