Crowds head to Watts for 42nd annual "Watts Towers Day of the Drum Festival"
An event-filled weekend in Watts started early Saturday morning with the 42nd annual "Watts Towers Day of the Drum Festival," which brings drum-based music, food and live entertainment to crowds the day before the 47th annual Simon Rodia Watts Towers Jazz Festival.
