Convicted killer Ike Souzer arrested at Anaheim park Sunday morning
Orange County area law enforcement officers arrested Ike Souzer Sunday morning, after he escaped from a Santa Ana halfway house Wednesday, cutting off his ankle monitor before fleeing. Laurie Perez was on the scene where she spoke with several witnesses who saw the arrest go down.
