City of LA to pay $20 million for massive wastewater spill into Santa Monica Bay
The city of Los Angeles has agreed to pay $20 million to cover upgrades to the Hyperion wastewater treatment facility after millions of gallons of raw sewage was dumped into the bay in July 2021.
