Chino Hills neighborhood disturbed to find camera planted in ground outside of home
Joy Benedict reports from Chino Hills, where neighbors are disturbed after a camera disguised as a rock was found planted outside of one of their homes, putting them all on edge as to why someone could be watching their neighborhood.
