Caught on Camera: Dognapper steals dog from back of vehicle in Irvine
A dognapper was caught on camera Friday, reaching into another person's vehicle and stealing their dog before attempting to return it for a fee. After reaching out to the owner via a pet recovery website, the suspect was arrested.
