Caltrans crews cover massive sinkhole in Chatsworth
Though work to repair a massive sinkhole in Chatsworth is still ongoing, Caltrans crews have covered the project as Hurricane Hilary is expected to bring even more precipitation - which caused the issue in the first place - to Southern California.
