Bodycam footage out of Long Beach show police fatally shooting armed man
Long Beach police have released body cam footage showing the fatal shooting of an armed man identified as Jaime Rodriguez, who was running along rooftops after he had kidnapped and assaulted someone, after also attempting to carjack another individual.
