Berms built along Long Beach coast to protect homes
Kara Finnstrom reports from Long Beach, where huge berms were being built along the coast to protect homes and businesses in the area ahead of a large tropical storm, which could bring anywhere between 3 and 10 inches of rain come Sunday.
