Authorities identify suspect in deadly police shooting outside Burbank Home Depot
Burbank police said that Ruben Ramos, 47, called them claiming he was armed with a "25 Beretta" and prepared to shoot people. After the deadly shooting, police discovered Ramos was armed with a knife.
