Audit of LA's anti-camping law shows $3 million spent and just two people provided permanent housing

An audit of Los Angeles' anti-camping law, which has been in effect for three years, shows that so far about $3 million has been spent on implementation and enforcement but just two people have been provided with permanent housing. Mike Rogers reports.
