Arizona Correctional Officer charged for smuggling drugs with his wife and kids
According to the Orange County District Attorney, Fernando Utrratiaguillen was arrested in Irvine after officers found 23 kilograms of methamphetamine and one kilogram of heroin inside of the vehicle's gas tank. He also served as an Army National Guardsman. Mike Rogers reports.
