Additional information released in search for gunman who shot two teens at Lincoln Heights carnival
Authorities have released an image of the suspected gunman who shot two teenagers at a Boys & Girls Club carnival in Lincoln Heights over the weekend, a person whom they believe to have been involved in a brawl at a gas station just an hour before the shooting.
