18 Westminster middle school students earn Medal of Biliteracy
It's the first middle school promotion ceremony of its kind in California. Last night, 18 students from Westminster earned the Medal of Biliteracy in Vietnamese. KCAL News reporter Rina Nakano walks us through their educational journey.
