The on-shore flow is still the dominant feature this morning...we will some patchy low clouds in the coastal plain. Daytime highs will still be running a couple of degrees below average.
A little cooler than Monday...some more marine layer. The mild weather continues tomorrow before things warm up into the weekend.
Not quite as warm today as a cut-off low moves into the Great Basin, encouraging an on-shore flow and cooler temperatures Tuesday.
