The latest winter storm is expected to bring frigid temperatures to many places across Southern California. We've compiled a list of the latest weather advisories and evacuation orders you should look out for.
Heavy rain is hitting all parts of Southern California prompting evacuation orders in many areas.
Just as SoCal residents began to feel like things were drying up from Monday's early morning downpour, a second front of rainfall hit, dousing several regions as it continues to move East through California. Nicole Comstock reports.
