The victim was reportedly shot in the abdomen. He was taken to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition. The suspect is still at-large.

Sky2 was over the scene of a lengthy pursuit, starting in Burbank and ending in North Hills, after authorities engaged with an assault suspect early Wednesday morning. The chase came to a sudden stop after officers performed a perfect PIT maneuver on the suspect's vehicle.
After a brief standoff, in which the assault suspect refused to exit his vehicle, a group of officers were able to approach behind riot shield and force him from his vehicle.
After getting spun out by a successful PIT maneuver, the suspect has refused to comply with officers and remains inside of their vehicle.
After the assault suspect exited the 118 Freeway onto surface streets in North Hills, officers conducted a perfect PIT maneuver, upending the vehicle and bringing a quick end to the pursuit.
Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in North Hills Thursday afternoon, when a man sitting in his car was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting.
