Preliminary reports from the scene said the motorcyclist had been racing with a pickup truck.

The crash occurred on the 16000 block of Legacy Road just before 2:45 p.m.
"We're just shocked. We're just in disbelief. Our family is just in utter shock right now," said Melissa Puente.
The accident occurred about 20 feet from the entry to a drive thru at an In N Out Burger.
