The restaurant is celebrating its 50th year in business and was closed for almost a year for renovations.

The ground floor includes an open kitchen food hall concept, while the Mile High Club Bar and Lounge provides cocktails, views and history to read over.

Diners pay a la carte for their meals during lunch and dinner, but weekend brunch is all-you-can-eat fare at $30 a head.

The Proud Bird opened with limited hours on June 29, and expands into longer service starting July 5.
