Woman Sues Donald Sterling Over Alleged Fall In Parking Structure Owned By Clippers' Owner

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A woman filed suit against Donald Sterling Monday, claiming she fell and was injured in a Hollywood parking structure owned by the Clippers' owner.

Roselee Fagan, who is seeking unspecified damages, filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Fagan alleges she was about to enter her daughter's car Feb. 16 in the parking lot located on Hollywood Boulevard when she tripped and fell because of an "uneven concrete surface."

Fagan suffered "severe and permanent physical and bodily injuries," according to the complaint.

The lawsuit also states that the lighting was poor in the structure and there were no warnings about the condition of the ground.

Sterling is currently in the middle of a firestorm over alleged racial comments.
