Mega Millions Ticket Sold In Rowland Heights Worth $250K
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — One lucky Californian, who bought a Mega Millions lottery ticket in Rowland Heights for Friday's drawing, will be $250,530 richer -- as soon as they claim their winnings.
The ticket, which was sold at Industry Shell on S. Fullerton Road, matched five of the six winning numbers -- 8, 10, 22, 47, 48.
No ticket matched all five numbers, plus the Mega number, 35.
The winner will need to sign the back of their ticket and visit a local Lottery District Office to claim their prize.
Three other tickets -- one each sold in Georgia, New Jersey and Texas -- also matched five numbers, but didn't have the Mega number.
The Mega Millions game is played in 41 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
