Main Break Sends Deluge Of Water Onto Irvine Street
IRVINE (CBSLA.com) — A pipe break sent thousands of gallons of water onto an Irvine street Tuesday night.
The water main break was reported at 9:44 p.m. at 18552 Business Center Drive near John Wayne Airport, according to the Orange County Fire Department.
OCFD believes a construction company broke the water main before leaving for the day.
A couple of lanes on MacArthur Boulevard were shut down while crews tried to get the water shut off.
