SAN CLEMENTE (CBS) — A water main break led to the closure of a about a mile stretch of Pacific Coast Highway Wednesday in San Clemente.
Water from the break flooded the roadway at Camino Capistrano about 1:20 p.m., Orange County sheriff's Lt. Jerry Carlsen said.
The road was closed from Camino Capistrano to Avenida Pico until further notice, Carlsen said.
