Water Main Break Floods Brentwood Streets
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — L.A. City Fire is on the scene of a water main break reported in Brentwood.
The Department of Water and Power reported a break in an eight-inch pipe in the 600 block of S. Saltair Avenue at approximately 8:37 p.m., causing flooding on Saltair and nearby San Vicente Boulevard.
One engine responded to the scene. DWP crews are also there trying to shut the water off.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the break is under investigation.
