Victims In Long Beach Home Invasion Robbery May Have Been Targeted
LONG BEACH (CBS) — Authorities Saturday were investigating a home invasion robbery in Long Beach.
The incident at a residence in the 1500 block of Obispo Avenue occurred about 9:19 p.m. Friday, said Sgt. David Marander of the Long Beach Police Department.
According to authorities, two males forced their way into the home and made off with cash and electronic devices.
"At least one of the suspects was armed with an apparent handgun," Marander said."It appears the victim was possibly targeted because he repairs electronic devices."
No injuries were reported.
No additional information about the suspects was immediately available, Marander said.
