Van Topples Pole, Cuts Power To 1,000 Bell Gardens Residents
BELL GARDENS (CBSLA.com) — Fire crews were called to a Bell Gardens neighborhood Wednesday afternoon after a van slammed into a power pole, which then fell into the street.
It happened around 4:15 p.m. at the corner of Jaboneria Road and Gage Avenue, the Los Angeles County Fire Department reports.
Crews worked to restore power to 1,000 nearby residents.
