Police Arrest Sexual Assault Suspect Who Attacked Woman Inside Van Nuys Salon
VAN NUYS (CBSLA.com) — A sexual assault suspect who allegedly attacked a hair salon employee as she was closing up shop in Van Nuys has been arrested, police said Friday.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, robbery homicide division officers arrested Enrique Orozco on suspicion of rape and kidnap late Thursday night.
He is being held on $1 million bail.
Around 7 p.m. Tuesday, the Orozco entered the business located in the 14500 block of Vanowen, grabbed the victim and dragged her to the rear of the location.
He then proceeded to sexually assault the victim and eventually left the area.
