Sex and the City Zoo

Los Angeles, CA 90027
(323) 644-4200
www.lazoo.org

For an evening that would make Samantha Jones proud, the LA Zoo and Botanical Gardens invites you to take a walk on the wild side. This adults-only (21+) affair starts with a reception and "animal walk-abouts" with keepers who'll get you up close and personal with some of the zoo's small inhabitants.

Then things really get interesting, with a musical performance followed by a presentation of raw, primal instincts of the animal kingdom. Everything from animal mating, and dating will be presented by former LA Zoo general curator Michael Dee. An optional dinner is available to close out the evening (for an additional fee).

Proceeds from this annual event support GLAZA, which funds plant and animal exhibits, species conservation, capital projects, education and community outreach, and many other programs at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
