Unaccompanied Minors Under 14 Barred From Disneyland Parks
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — Disneyland will no longer allow unaccompanied guests under the age of 14 to enter the park beginning at the end of March, Magic Kingdom officials said Monday.
Effective March 23, guests under 14 must be accompanied by a guest 14 or older while at all domestic theme parks, including Disneyland and California Adventures, Suzi Brown, Director of Media Relations and External Communications, said.
"We regularly review all of our policies and identified an opportunity to provide a consistent age of admission and address a question we occasionally get from parents," Brown said.
The theme park issued the change to contest families with annual passes that routinely drop children off for the day.
