Tom Petty Fans Offered Full Refund After Fire Marshals Cut Concert Short
HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Fans of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will be reimbursed after they were booted from a concert Saturday by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The show at the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood was shut down by fire marshals 90 minutes into the set because the floor of the 1,300-capacity venue was overcrowded.
Concertgoers can request a refund at the point of purchase any time before Sept. 10.
