TMZ Video Allegedly Shows Miley Cyrus Using Bong
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — A new video on TMZ.com purportedly shows Miley Cyrus using a bong to smoke the psychedelic drug Salvia.
The website quotes a source who says one of Miley's friends recorded the moment at the singer's house during a party five days before her 18th birthday.
