Thousand Oaks Bank Robbed Twice In 4 Days
THOUSAND OAKS (CBS) — Local authorities and the FBI were searching Sunday for the suspects responsible for two separate robberies at a Thousand Oaks bank.
The suspects robbed the Chase Bank, 148 W. Hillcrest Drive, twice within the last week, according to the Thousand Oaks Police Department.
Officials say the first robbery took place on May 4 and the second crime occurred on May 7.
In both robberies, the suspects used a demand note and no weapons were seen, police said. No one was injured in either incident and both suspects fled the banks within minutes with an undisclosed amount of case, according to officials.
Authorities believe two different suspects were responsible for each robbery.
