Thieves Caught In Red Bull Thefts
GLENDALE (CBS) — Two suspected Red Bull thieves are caught in a sting operation in Glendale.
According to Glendale police, grocery stores in the area have reported thefts of several cases of the energy drink from their shelves. Officials say a 24-pack of the energy drink can be turned around for a quick-profit.
Smart and Final representatives say the thefts have cost the company more than $10,000.
Surveillance video helped authorities arrested two men last week after they sold stolen cases of Red Bull and sold it to convenience stores in Glendale and Burbank.
