Lockhart opened Sweet Lady Jane in 1988 and it has been an L.A. staple ever since. The Fluffernutter is composed of two slices of brioche bread loaded with peanut butter, banana slices, and marshmallow fluff that is then battered, coated in panko bread crumbs and is deep-fried.
