Classes Canceled At Temple City High School Due To Bomb Threat
TEMPLE CITY (CBSLA.com) — Classes were canceled Friday at Temple City High School after authorities received a bomb threat.
An anonymous caller contacted sheriff's officials at 6:40 a.m. stating there were bombs on the campus at 9501 Lemon Ave.
Deputies responded with K-9 units and evacuated the school.
Temple City Unified School District officials canceled classes for the day.
Another school in Temple City, Longden Elementary School, was placed on lockdown Wednesday after an anonymous caller said there were two bombs on campus.
No explosives were found at either school.
