Teen Stabbed Outside Of Palmdale High School

PALMDALE (CBS) — Authorities investigated a stabbing outside of a Palmdale high school Monday.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's officials say a 17-year-old Hispanic boy was stabbed in a gang-related attack near R. Rex Parris High School, 38801 Clock Tower Plaza Dr., around 11:20 a.m. He was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital where he underwent surgery. The teen is listed in critical condition.

Officials say the victim, who was a student at the high school, ran onto campus after the attack for help.

Authorities are looking for two men in their twenties.
