SWAT Responds To Report Of Armed Suspect Barricaded In Koreatown Residence
KOREATOWN (CBSLA.com) — A SWAT team was called to the Koreatown area Wednesday night to apprehend a suspect believed to have assaulted someone with a deadly weapon.
Police were called at 7:25 p.m. to the 900 block of South Ardmore Avenue, near Olympic Boulevard, where the suspect was apparently barricaded inside a home, LAPD Officer Nuria Venegas said.
The suspect was taken into custody around 10 p.m., said Venegas, who released no further details.
