Suspicious Package Deemed Safe At Banning High School
WILMINGTON (CBS) — A suspicious package found at Banning High School turned out to pose no threat, according to LAPD officials.
The school was placed on lockdown after a teacher reported the seeing package on the school's football field around 1 p.m. Monday.
Parents were directed to the corner of Lakme Avenue and Q Street to pick their students, according to school officials.
School was dismissed at 3:30 p.m.
