Suspect Leads Police On Pursuit After Reportedly Threatening Girlfriend With Knife
NORWALK (CBS) — A man suspected of assault with a deadly weapon was taken into custody in Norwalk following a brief car chase Monday night.
The suspect was arrested by Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies shortly after 10 p.m., Lt. Frank Rivera reported.
The driver was wanted for reportedly pulling a knife on his girlfriend, who was a passenger in the car until the suspect allowed her to exit the vehicle in the middle of the pursuit
The details of the alleged assault were not immediately released.
