Suspect Eludes Capture Following Car Chase In Norwalk
WHITTIER (CBSLA.com) — A suspect is at large Friday following a police chase that ended in Norwalk.
Two other suspects in the vehicle were apprehended after a foot bail.
The suspects, three Latinos, were being chased through Riverside and Whittier.
Officials said the three committed a carjacking at gunpoint.
The pursuit ended at Studebaker Road in Norwalk.
The driver of the stolen black Charger also allegedly tried to ram a police car during the chase. Authorities said the suspect who was driving will also be charged with assault.
