LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A 22-year-old man was charged with murder Wednesday for allegedly stabbing a man to death outside of a hotel in Hollywood.

Julio Cesar Velasquez, who is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 18, was arrested a short time after the stabbing of 29-year-old Orlando Antonio Tobar on Monday at the Best Western Hollywood Plaza in the 2000 block of North Highland Avenue.
