SuperLotto Plus Ticket Worth $36M Sold In Riverside County
BEAUMONT (CBSLA.com) — A ticket holder in the city of Beaumont is $36 million richer Thursday.
The ticket holder matched all six numbers in Wednesday's SuperLotto Plus draw.
The ticket was sold at Ziggy's Spirit Shop (345 West 6th Street).
Winning numbers selected were 10, 22, 34, 37 and 47. The Mega number was 23.
Meanwhile, no one matched all six numbers in Wednesday's Powerball draw.
The numbers selected for Powerball were 9, 29. 40, 44 and 54. The Powerball was 7.
The jackpot for Saturday's draw will climb to an estimated $196 million.
Powerball -- a $2 game -- is played in 43 states, Washington D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Powerball starts at $40 million. The record jackpot reached $590 million in May 2013.
California's SuperLotto Plus costs $1 and the prize starts at $7 million. The record jackpot was $193 million in February 2002.
