Stow Beating Suspects Reportedly Blame Each Other For Attack
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Dorene Sanchez, who allegedly drove the getaway car after Bryan Stow was brutally beaten, is apparently cooperating with prosecutors.
CBS2 has confirmed that Sanchez, 31, testified before a Los Angeles County grand jury on Friday.
Her attorney says she admitted to being at Dodger Stadium on March 31 with her brother, Louie, and her fiancé, Marvin Norwood.
Both men face several charges in connection with the beating. Sources say the men are not only talking to police, but are now blaming each other for the attack.
A criminal complaint against them lists two other victims who were assaulted that night, including a Giants fan who had a beer thrown on her.
Sanchez and Norwood, who will be arraigned next month, are each being held on $500,000 bail.
Dorene Sanchez, however, has not been charged in the case.
Investigators say she and a 10-year-old boy, presumably her son, were both in the getaway car.
